At Rurob, we prioritize secure and convenient payment options for all customers.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.  All payments are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Payment Processing
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been successfully confirmed. If a payment is failed or declined, the order will not be completed.

Secure Payments
We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your information is protected. Rurob does not store credit card or payment information on its servers.

Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Any unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be reviewed and disputed when necessary.
